About Pipetite®
Pipetite® is CSI's flexible, self-sealing wall and floor boot — a one-piece silicone seal that closes the gap wherever a pipe, tube, conduit, or cable passes through a wall, floor, or ceiling in a sanitary process room. Instead of caulk or foam that cracks, harbors bacteria, and fails washdown, Pipetite flexes with thermal movement and reseals itself, keeping every penetration hygienic and watertight for the life of the facility.
Each Pipetite is molded from FDA-compliant white silicone and backed by a 316 stainless steel mounting ring, so it stands up to high-pressure washdown, CIP and SIP chemistry, and temperature swings without yellowing or tearing. The smooth, crevice-free surface wipes clean and leaves nowhere for product or pathogens to collect — which is why it's specified throughout food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom plants held to USDA and 3-A sanitary standards.
The line covers every penetration scenario: the Standard boot for new construction, the split ReBoot® for retrofitting a pipe that's already in place, the low-profile Flat for jacketed vessels and tight clearances, and Multi-Grommet plates for bundling cable and small tube. Pipetite® is a flexible, one-piece silicone seal that closes the opening where a pipe, tube, conduit, or cable passes through a wall, floor, or ceiling. It self-seals against both the pipe and the surface, replacing caulk or foam with a hygienic, washdown-safe seal that flexes with thermal movement and won't crack or harbor bacteria.
Start with the penetration: choose Standard for new installs, ReBoot® to retrofit a pipe that's already in place, Flat for shallow clearances or jacketed vessels, and Multi-Grommet for bundled cable or small tube. Then match the size to your pipe or tube OD and the diameter of the wall opening. Each product page lists the OD range and hole size it fits; if you're between sizes, send us the dimensions and we'll confirm.
Yes. The Pipetite ReBoot® version splits so it can wrap around an existing pipe and then reseals, so you don't have to cut the line or pull it out of the wall. It's the go-to choice for retrofits and repairs.
