About This Product
Pipetite forms a flexible, sanitary seal that allows for pipeline movement. Its self-sealing design and flexibility eliminate the headaches that come with metal wall plates.
Pipetite's unique base design incorporates self-sealing ridges that provide excellent surface contact, eliminating the need for caulks and sealants. It can easily be adapted to fit most pipe or tube diameters, and superior flexibility allows the pipe to move significantly without breaking the seal.
Pipetite Standard is ideal for new tubing installations where the boot can slide over the end of tubing before it is installed.

Pipetite Standard is a flexible silicone wall boot designed to create a sanitary seal around pipe and tube penetrations. It helps prevent dust, moisture, and contaminants from entering wall openings while allowing for pipe movement caused by vibration or thermal expansion.
Pipetite Standard is available in multiple sizes to fit pipe and tube outside diameters from approximately 0 to 15 inches. Each boot can be trimmed on-site to match the specific outside diameter of your pipe.
No. Pipetite Standard features self-sealing silicone ribs that conform tightly to the wall surface, eliminating the need for caulk, sealant, or messy grout.
Pipetite Standard is constructed from FDA-compliant white silicone and includes a 316 stainless steel backing ring. It is temperature rated from −40°F to 500°F, making it suitable for a wide range of hygienic processing environments.
Pipetite Standard is intended for new installations where the boot can be slipped over the end of the pipe before installation. For existing piping where the pipe cannot be removed, CSI recommends Pipetite ReBoot.
Pipetite Standard is widely used in food processing, dairy, beverage, brewery, pharmaceutical, personal care, and other sanitary manufacturing facilities where hygienic wall penetrations are required.
